Evan joined the JCC team in 2015 and has over 15 years of construction defect experience. He is Cal/OSHA and Boom Lift certified. Evan has extensive knowledge of construction defects and provides detailed document analysis.

Anthony became of member of JCC in 2016. He has been exposed to construction his entire life working side by side with the founder, James Cole. Anthony is a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI. He is also Cal/OSHA and Boom Lift certified. He performs extensive site inspections and provides accurate data analysis.

Carl has been a part of JCC since its inception in 2014 and has been working in the construction defect industry since 2009. He is a Licensed (B) General Building Contractor, is Cal/OSHA and Boom Lift certified. Carl's extensive experience handling construction defect claims makes him a premier asset for our clients.

Joe has been a member of JCC since 2019. He has been actively working in the construction industry since 1986. He has been providing expert witness services since 2007 including deposition and trial testimony. He is a Licensed (B) General Building Contractor who also holds a C-17 Glazing Contractor License. He holds an active AAMA Installation Masters Certification, and is Cal/OSHA and Boom Lift certified. Joe is an experienced construction defect consultant. 

Jennifer has been with JCC since 2014. She has been working in the construction defect industry since 2009. Jennifer provides our clients with an accurate production of site inspections and testing data. 

Dylan has been with JCC since 2021. He is a Licensed (B) General Building Contractor, is Cal/OSHA, and Boom Lift certified. He provides quality field investigations and data collection for our clients. 

Frankie became a member of JCC in 2022. She has over 1.5 years of experience in construction cuteness and has participated in countless Zoom mediations, expert and client meetings. She promotes a "PAWS"itive work environment and provides emotional support to all our team members.  

Monica has been managing our JCC team since it began in 2014. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she has a vast knowledge of construction defect claims. Monica provides clear data production for our team and clients. 

Riah joined the JCC team in 2023. She provides data processing and management for our clients. As a former Certified NREMT Paramedic, she is also in charge of heath and safety for all JCC team members.
